Maruri manifestó que en los regímenes especiales hay que tomar en cuenta el manejo y funcionamiento de ciertos sistemas, 2.- Tatiana Hidrovo, presidenta indica que hay que recoger las propuestas de comunidad y plantea la construcción de una matriz para crear una biblioteca de consulta de Mesa, 3. Escuchar la propuesta de SENPLADES, CONCOPE, AME, SRI, CONESUP, BCE (PIB), Funciones Técnicas y Científicas, Juntas Parroquiales, Indígenas y Comunas, Limites Internos, Ministerio del Ambiente. 3.- Se resuelve en el pleno de la Mesa que la primera Mesa Itinerante se la realice en Macas.
