- CONOCER: PROYECTO DE LEY ORGÁNICA DE PREVENCIÓN, CONTROL Y SANCIÓN DEL ACOSO, INTIMIDACION O VIOLENCIA EN LOS CENTROS DE ESTUDIO DEL ECUADOR (BULLYING). RESOLUCIÓN CAL-2013-2015-009: Artículo Único. Disponer a la UTL , presente informe ampliatorio al contenido en Oficio N° UTL-2013-127, presentado por el As. Andrés Páez.

T.5593-SNJ-13-581, suscrito por el Presidente de la República quien presenta la PROFORMA DEL PRESUPUESTO GENERAL DEL ESTADO PARA EL PERIODO FISCAL 2013, PROGRAMACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA CUATRIANUAL 2013-2016 y EL LIMITE DE ENDEUDAMIENTO. RESOLUCIÓN CAL-2013-2015 010: Artículo Único.- Enviar a la Comisión del Régimen Económico y Tributario, la Proforma del Presupuesto General del Estado, a fin de cumplir con el Art. 103 de la LOFL.
1.3 PROYECTO DE LEY ORGÁNICA DE INCENTIVOS PARA EL SECTOR PRODUCTIVO. RESOLUCIÓN CAL 2013-2015-011: Art. 1.- Calificar el proyecto de LEY, presentado por el Presidente de la República, mediante oficio N° T.6740-SNJ-13-576. Art. 2.- El proyecto de ley se remite a la Comisión del Régimen Económico. Art. 3.- La Secretaria del CAL remitirá a la Comisión del Régimen Económico, el proyecto de ley para que se inicie el trámite. - RECESO LEGISLATIVO. Luego del análisis correspondiente, se acuerda resolver sobre este punto con posterioridad a que se haya culminado la mitad del primer año del período de gestión de los asambleístas.
