C) EXHORTAR A LA CONTRALORIA GENERAL DEL ESTADO PARA QUE INICIE LAS INVESTIGACIONES PERTINENTES EN TODAS LAS CARTERAS MINISTERIALES MANEJADAS POR FUNCIONARIOS DEL REGIMEN SALIENTE; SE RETIRA EL PROYECTO. D) EXHORTAR AL PRESIDENTE DE LA REPUBLICA PARA QUE ORDENE LA INMEDIATA CONSTRUCCION DE LA PRESA MAZAR; SE RETIRA EL PROYECTO.
