MANDATO CONSTITUYENTE N° 21
Art.1.- La Asamblea Constituyente ejercerá la Función Legislativa del Estado a partir del día 26 de Julio de 2008, hasta cuando se proclamen los resultados del Referéndum.
Art.2.- Por así convenir a los intereses del país, la Asamblea Constituyente, en su calidad de Función Legislativa, entrará en receso desde el día 26 de Julio hasta la proclamación de los resultados del referéndum aprobatorio. Este receso sólo podrá suspenderse transitoriamente, por decisión del Presidente de la Asamblea Constituyente, por razones extraordinarias debidamente justificadas.
