- RECIBIR: ARIANNA TANCA MACCHIAVELLO, MINISTRA DE LA MUJER Y DERECHOS HUMANOS. TRATA SOBRE LA FORMA PARA PREVENIR Y ERRADICAR LA VIOLENCIA CONTRA LAS MUJERES Y ENTRE SUS COMPETENCIAS SE CONTEMPLA LA ERRADICACIÓN DE LA VIOLENCIA DE TODAS SUS FORMAS. PARA PODER ALCANZAR ESTE OBJETIVO SE TOMAN EN CUENTA LA LEY ORGÁNICA INTEGRAL PARA PREVENIR Y ERRADICAR LA VIOLENCIA CONTRA LAS MUJERES Y SU REGLAMENTO. ESTA LEY DETERMINA UN ANÁLISIS TANTO DE ARTÍCULOS AL CÓDIGO DE TRABAJO COMO A LA LEY DE ORGÁNICA DE SERVICIO PÚBLICO. EN ESTE SENTIDO, ES IMPORTANTE CONSIDERAR QUE LA VIOLENCIA Y EL ACOSO LABORAL COMPRENDE UN COMPORTAMIENTO ATENTATORIO CONTRA LA DIGNIDAD DE LA PERSONA.
