TERCERA DISCUSION: PROYECTO QUE CREA FONDOS PARA LA CELEBRACIÓN DEL CENTENARIO DE 3 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1820, SE APRUEBA CONJUNTAMENTE CON SU INFORME. 4.
