INFORME: COMISIÓN 1 DE LEGISLACIÓN SOBRE EL PROYECTO DE DECRETO DEROGATORIO DEL DECRETO QUE ESTABLECE LAS PENSIONES DE MONTEPIO E INVALIDEZ PARA EL CUERPO DE BOMBEROS DE GUAYAQUIL Y QUE FUE SANCIONADO POR EL MINISTERIO DE LA LEY, OPINA QUE EL PROYECTO DEBE SER RETOMADO Y CONTINUAR SU CURSO CONSTITUCIONAL, POR LO QUE SE APRUEBA EL INFORME Y SE DISCUTE EL PROYECTO EN SEGUNDA DISCUSIÓN Y PASA A TERCERA.
