INFORME: COMISIÓN 2 DE HACIENDA SOBRE EL PROYECTO DE DECRETO PARA REFORMAR LA LEY DE FOMENTO AGRÍCOLA E INDUSTRIAL OPINA QUE LAS REFORMAS SON VERDADERAMENTE IMPORTANTES Y POR LO TANTO DEBE SEGUIR SU CURSO LEGAL, SE ACEPTA. 4. INFORME: SOBRE EL PROYECTO SOBRE LA RECONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA CASA DE GOBIERNO DE AMBATO QUE SE ENCONTRABA EN ESTADO RUINOSO, OPINA QUE EL PROYECTO ES MUY JUSTO Y EN BENEFICIO DE LA CIUDADANÍA Y QUE SE DEBE APROBAR, EN TAL RAZÓN SE APRUEBA EL INFORME Y EL PROYECTO SE DISCUTE EN SEGUNDA INSTANCIA Y PASA A TERCERA.
