Secretarìa informa: Recibe envìo de la Corte Suprema, los paquetes electorales con los votos para Presidente de la Repùblica perìodo 1916 - 1920. Se convoca Congreso Pleno para proceder exclusivamente al escrutinio constitucional, el pròximo mièrcoles a las 2pm.
