1. Instalación, elección autoridades y juramento constitucional Cámara del Senado 1856: Presidente Vidal Alvarado, Vicepresidente Rafael Quevedo y Secretario Manuel Angulo. 2. Se nombran Comisiones para poner en conocimiento el Poder Ejecutivo y Cámara de Representantes instalación del Senado y elección autoridades. 3. Presidente Corte Suprema consigna: Registros originales con sufragios de nueve provincias para Presidente de la República. Se da contestación de estilo. 4. Lectura: Mensaje del Presidente de la República. Se nombra Comisión Ocasional para contestación.
