Reconsideración: Artículo 10 de reformas a Ley de Régimen Municipal aprobado en sesión anterior. Admitida, se aprueba con modificaciones. 3. Moción: Se reconsidere el artículo 14 relativo al impuesto del ganado menor. Admitida, se aprueba. 4. Continúa tercer debate: Reformas Ley de Régimen Municipal. Se suspende.
