1. Ejecutivo solicita: Modificar Reglamento de Policía, por no existir el que se mandó rehacer por Legislatura de 1832. Se queda sobre la mesa. 2. Reclamos: Destino despojado al Teniente parroquial de Quisapincha por Visitador General; Blas Valverde pide abono sueldos devengados en el Congreso de 31 y 32; y, Catalina Valdivieso por los abusos cometidos en sus haciendas al cobrar diez mil pesos impuestos como contribución a su esposo José Félix Valdivieso. Pasan Comisión de Peticiones. 3. Solicitud: Teresa Villacís pide abono valor réditos hacienda Yúrac-Compañía cuyo fundo reconoce un grueso capital a favor del Erario. A Comisión de Hacienda. 4. Informe: Expediente quienes obtuvieron investidura de Abogados por Tribunal Revolucionario para su validez, así como de las causas que intervinieron como Letrados. Aprobado. 5. Segunda discusión: Bases para reforma Constitución de 1830. Se suspende.
