Pasa Comisión Especial que trató el de proveer de víveres a las provincias amenazadas por el hambre. 2. Lectura telegramas, al archivo. 3. Redacción: Sobre víveres. Aprobada pasa al Ejecutivo. 4. Elección Consejeros de Estado por cuanto los diputados Carbo Aguirre y Martínez Aguirre fueron nombrados Ministros de Estado. Se suspende. 5. Lectura solicitudes a Comisiones pertinentes. 6. Continúa tercera discusión: Proyecto de Constitución. Se suspende. 7. Igualmente se suspende elección segundo Consejero de Estado.
