1. RECIBIR: MARÍA SARA JIJÓN, DIRECTORA DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE CONTRATACIÓN PÚBLICA PARA QUE INFORME SOBRE EL PROCESO DE ADQUISICIÓN DE MEDICAMENTOS PARA PERSONAS CON DISCAPACIDAD, PARA ENFERMEDADES RARA, CATASTRÓFICAS O HUÉRFANAS.
2. DESIGNAR: A UN ASAMBLEÍSTA MIEMBRO DE LA COMISIÓN PARA QUE INTEGRE LAS MESAS TÉCNICAS DE TRABAJO RESPECTO DEL ACCESO A SALUD Y LAS DIEZ DEMANDAS PRESENTADAS.
3. RECIBIR: MARÍA SARA JIJÓN DIRECTORA GENERAL DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE CONTRATACIÓN PÚBLICA, PARA QUE MENCIONE PORQUE NO SE HAN ACTUALIZADO EL CATALOGO DE MEDICAMENTOS HACE VARIOS AÑOS.
4. RECIBIR: MYRIAN GARCÍA PAZMIÑO, PARA QUE EXPONGA SOBRE LA SITUACIÓN DE LA ADQUISICIÓN DE EQUIPAMIENTO Y CONTRATACIÓN DEL PERSONAL DEL HOSPITAL MIGUEL H. ALCÍVAR DE LA CIUDAD DE BAHÍA DE CARÁQUEZ.
