1. CONOCIMIENTO DEL MEMORANDO NRO. AN-SG-2024-0668 DE 17 DE FEBRERO DE 2024, SUSCRITO POR ALEJANDRO MUÑOZ - SECRETARIO GENERAL, MEDIANTE EL CUAL INFORMA LA DECISIÓN ADOPTADA POR EL PLENO DE LA ASAMBLEA NACIONAL EN LA SESIÓN NO. 900 DE DESIGNAR A LA COMISIÓN ESPECIALIZADA PERMANENTE DE JUSTICIA Y ESTRUCTURA DEL ESTADO, PARA QUE EN EL PLAZO DE TREINTA DÍAS ELABORE EL ANÁLISIS DE LOS INFORMES ANUALES DE LABORES PRESENTADOS POR LAS SIGUIENTES INSTITUCIONES: A) CONSEJO NACIONAL DE LA JUDICATURA, B) DEFENSORÍA PÚBLICA, C) PROCURADURÍA GENERAL DEL ESTADO. 2. APROBAR: LA METODOLOGÍA Y CRONOGRAMAS QUE ADOPTARÁ LA COMISIÓN PARA EL TRATAMIENTO Y ANÁLISIS DE LOS INFORMES ANUALES DE LABORES PRESENTADOS POR LAS INSTITUCIONES DESCRITAS EN EL PUNTO ANTERIOR (CON OCHO VOTOS A FAVOR Y DOS AUSENCIAS SE APRUEBA EL CRONOGRAMA DE TRABAJO).
