LECTURA: OFICIO DE LA CÁMARA DEL SENADO ENVÍA OBJECIÓN AL PROYECTO DE DECRETO QUE CONCEDE INDULTO GENERAL A LOS PROCESADOS DE LOS ACONTECIMIENTOS DEL 28 DE ENERO DEL AÑO 1912; Y LA OBJECIÓN AL PROYECTO REFORMATORIO DEL DECRETO SOBRE LOS FONDOS DEL FERROCARRIL DE BOLÍVAR A LOS RÍOS, SE ACEPTAN. 3. LECTURA: OFICIO DE LA CÁMARA DEL SENADO AL PROYECTO REFORMATORIO A LA LEY DE ALCABALAS, SE ACEPTAN Y SE REMITE A CONOCIMIENTO DE LA COLEGISLATURA. 4. SECRETARIO DEL SENADO: REMITE PROYECTO DE ACUERDO PARA LA EXONERAN DEL PAGO DE DOS IMPUESTOS A LA ASOCIACIÓN DE AGRICULTORES DEL ECUADOR. 5. INFORME: COMISIÓN 1 DE INSTRUCCIÓN PUBLICA SOBRE EL PROYECTO DE DECRETO QUE FACULTA A UNIVERSIDAD DEL AZUAY CONTRATAR UN EMPRÉSTITO DESTINADO A GASTOS COMUNES DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO OPINA QUE DEBE SEGUIR SU CURSO LEGAL.
