SECRETARIA DEL SENADO REMITE MODIFICADO EL PROYECTO: DECRETO QUE GRAVA CON EL 2% A LA MERCADERÍA QUE SE IMPORTE QUE SE DESTINARA A LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DEL CAMINO DE SALINAS A SANTA ELENA, LAS OBSERVACIONES PASAN A EL ESTUDIO DE LA COMISIÓN 2 DE OBRAS PUBLICAS E INSISTIR EN EL PROYECTO. 2. LECTURA: OFICIO DEL MINISTRO DE HACIENDA DEVUELVE OBJETADO TOTALMENTE EL PROYECTO DE DECRETO QUE DESTINA UN IMPUESTO QUE LE CORRESPONDEN AL FERROCARRIL EL ORO PARA EL COLEGIO NUEVE DE OCTUBRE DE MACHALA, RESUELVE NEGAR LAS OBJECIONES E INSISTIR EN EL PROYECTO. 3. LECTURA: OFICIO DEL MINISTRO DEL INTERIOR DEVUELVE OBJETADO EL PROYECTO DE DECRETO QUE AUMENTA LAS ASIGNACIONES PARA CELEBRAR EL CENTENARIO DEL 3 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 1820, SE NIEGAN LAS OBJECIONES Y SE RESUELVE INSISTIR EN EL PROYECTO.
